Exogenic Music Group and GAEA Booking & Records have merged. GAEA is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Exogenic. The new CEO of the company from 1st of November 2011 is Exogenic’s A&R Jouni Tamminen. Jacob Ehrnrooth remains the chairman of the board and Pinja Niemi continues her tasks in finance and digital distribution.

GAEA Booking & Records will continue operations in Tampere. Esa Tontti will continue as the MD. A new addition to GAEA personnel is Antti Hietala who will be responsible for production and bookings.

The co-operation will give the companies more strength to their already active publishing, event production and booking activities.

The first releases for the new company are Club Merano’s debut album “High Road” (November 2011) and Tundramatiks’ “TBA” second album (January 2012).

Recording artists for the company are among others Paleface, French Films, Tundramatiks, Maija Moisio, Isoveli, Pintandwefall, Idiomatic, Jesse, Vishnudata, Club Merano, Epilä, James Reipas and I Was A Teenage Satan Worshipper.

Booking artists are among others Regina, French Films, Big Wave Riders, Liekki, Tundramatiks, Pintandwefall, Cats On Fire, Astrid Swan, Idiomatic and Tuomas Henrikin Jeesuksen Kristuksen Bändi.
